Monarch Hair by Claudia is located inside Luxe Spa & Salon in Goodyear, Az. Formerly worked at phoenician hair Co for almost 11 years, also in Goodyear. I specialize in Dry cutting, Color, Balayage, and I am Brazilian blowout certified. Cancellation Policy
There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. For all color services deposit will not be refunded. A full service charge for no show or last minute cancellation.
